We give clients our integrity and great service for free. We offer them mortgages at low interest rates and fees. The only thing we want at a high rate, are their referrals.

How do we do it? 
We simply try to do twice as many loans as the competition. For example: If the competition is making $500 on one deal. We would rather make $250 on two loans. Both companies make the same $500, but we get twice the referrals.
